Join us for a simulated class - don't worry, there won't be any tests!
Join professor Caty Borum for our class "Communication for Social Change". Every progressive advancement in human history, from the right to vote to civil rights to specific issues like drunk driving policies and norms, happens with strategic communication, including the use of visual symbols, entertainment and popular culture, and strategic messaging. In this course, students will learn about the many different areas of social change communication from behavior change in public health to social movements and beyond.
